Agitation is usually caused by injustice. If the issues necessitating the rallies are not addressed, there will still be future rallies. It is better to engage in fruitful negotiations than to be always chasing the citizens with teargas to stifle dissenting opinion.

Lagos center of excellence
The Yoruba's are comfortable in a one Nigeria context. Those calling for a Yoruba Nation are clowns. The Yoruba's don't feel marginalized. They have benefited from a united Nigeria and would never unite on separatist agenda. Like the easterners will say "they enjoy being Fulani slaves"

Best decision by the Lagos state police. Enough of destroying & causing mayhem in Lagos. Continue your rally on social media and leave Lagosians out this nonesense

It is the wisest thing to do for now.The arrest of Nnamdi Kanu is still very fresh, unscrupulous elements might turn a peaceful rally to something else, thereby causing problem for Igboho.

How many bridge robbers have the police arrested. grin

Wind up city cheesy

I'm thinking we should hold a rally or protest in every troubled zone so the police can do their jobs well. Since protest is more dangerous than armed robbers.
