Good evening guys ,I got denied f1 visa 3 times in 2019, at that time my twin brother got his visa
Now it 2021 he wants to send an invitation for my self and mum for his wedding in 2 months time

I spoke to someone who said I might get denied cos my twin has not green or hasn’t graduated .he would be graduating by dec

Coupled with the fact I was denied 3rice ,house for I stand any chance at all at the embassy or I should just wait till his graduation thanks

It will all depend on whether you are deemed a high flight risk or not. 3 applications in a year is a huge red flag. But if you can show a good job in Nigeria with other ties, they will let you in.
If you haven't got evidence of ties,don't go.

you may still be denied, tune into his graduation via zoom or Skype.

You don't want another denial. Just stay back.
