Stop been an educated fool, who told you there is no arrest warrant. There is no big deal with arrest warrant, is easily obtain.

Igboho has been previously invited, but refuse to honor it, all the police/dss need to do is approach the court and obtain the warrant, s magistrate /Judge will gladly issue it.

There was a video of a bandit with gun on his shoulder bragging about how he killed police officers and there was police officer standing right in the midst of the crowd while he was saying it, that bandit is still a free man till this moment. Apparently only bandits are allowed to own guns in Nigeria while individuals who are from the south dare not own guns
