Well, the use of charms for whatever reason might be archaic, but it is about belief and nothing is incriminating in its use. Nigeria constitution might be silent on the practice of traditional religion but at the same time allows freedom of religion.

Secondly, the caption says ARMS and charms, but I can't sight even a razor blade in the displayed items.
