how can you say that tiv tribe is weak ?
the truth is that bubu's govt seems to have succeeded in subduing every other tribes except the fulanis, for example if these people decide to pick up arms in self-defense, the same bubu's govt that refused to protect them from these fulani-herdsmen murderers, will start to hunt them down, under various pretext.
