You task will be to train other teachers across the country. Following are required.

1. Must be a graduate of any Nigerian University, Polytechnic or College of Education

2. Must know how to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language

3. Must know how to use and apply phonics in teaching the English Language

4. Must have interest in teaching/training

5. Must be patient and tolerant

6. Must be willing to participate in the project for at least one year

7. Must be willing to travel to several locations within Nigeria

8. Must pass oral and written tests with at least 65% pass mark

9. Must be between the ages of 30-40

10. Must be familiar with or willing to learn the use of visual aids in training
