With Wike and Secondus leading PDP, of course it will die a natural death. The only problem is, "one party" system is dangerous.

Pdp the party of criminals, cultists and southerners......evil is synonymous to PDP...keep supporting your likes

The only part when we saw Federal and State Law Makers echoing their affiliation to Cult Groups in the Hallow Chambers. PDP can never come back to Federal Power and so many States will be taken away from them come 2023 that there will become so insignificant.

APC until a better Political alternative comes along, Nigeria can never go back to PDP rule. For those waiting for PDP mark this day and mark this statement, APC is a lesser evil to PDP anyday anytime, and Nigerians will go for the lesser evil come 2023. APC till 2031 e go shock una make no believe.

Its very sad to see my brother.

owobokiri:
Is Femi Adesina now an APC stalwart? Is there no one handling the information desk at the APC headquarters? Are there no more government activities and policies that need to be explained?
This is a journalist employed to explain the activities of a ruderless government. Why the desperation to portray himself as a partisan hack?

And those challenges are being frontally confronted, with the criminals “being sent to God to account for their crimes.”

The new phrase in town by APC. I'm sure that this statement is like striking a dagger at the heart of wailing wailers. Lol

You should understand. The meal at the presidency is almost finished. He's positioning himself for more political exploits by painting himself as a strong party man

Na lie.

Close to election APC will face lots of defection and crises that will cripple their togetherness.

Another party will emerge from APC

I wont be surprised with all these APC intimidations, like the nomination of Lauretta Onochie a former special adviser to the president on social media as INEC Commissioner.

APC is passing a strong message to PDP politicians that they are in FULL CONTROL of INEC and 2023 election in order for PDP politicians to decamp and join APC.

If APC remains in power after 2023 election there will be one party system and the country will be in full control by the Northern cabals and Islamization will be easy for them.

It doesn't matter if the whole politians move to APC. Akpobio moved to APC and failed. he even failed with his supported governorship aspirant.

Obaseki left APC and won. Though before his defection I told people here in this platform that he will win wether in APC , PDP or even if he forms a new party all together and it happened that way.

Let who wants to cross do so and let's how jumping from one party to another will turn a good governance to a bad one or turn bad governance to a good one.

If yahaya Bello crosses from APC to PDP for instance he will still remain the worst serving governor in Nigeria and if ikpeazu joins the APC today he will still remain one of the worst governors in the country.

APC is promising second term PDP governors immunity from prosecution and ministerial slots so its understandable why they're defecting.

PDP will always get their own harvest of detectors close to the 2023 elections

What will they be doing in PDP? And according to your first statement, what defectors stand to gain in PDP?

If not for panic.. why then is Femi writing a long epistemology on top a dying horse. grin

Naturally is to leave a dead horse carcass for vultures to manipulate on... why singing and wailing about a dead horse

Apc knew that they’ve inflict pain on Nigerians and Nigeria is tired of the party of bandits and blood suckers

From east to north ... west to south .. insecurity everywhere .. hunger abounds .. famine looming.. economy have lost hope... Nigeria debt is all time high .. since return of democracy

Apc government and fear...

PDP is dead ... but the dead PDP will bury healthy APC come 2023

No be noise
No by decamping

2022 lot of politicians will decamp ... south is the only region campaigning for President and abusing Buhari
Northerners Are yet to show interest cos of the political nomenclature of the north..

Hope Femi will repeat this write up .. this time next year

So unfortunate that a presidential spokesman is on panic about a “dead opposition “ cheesy

E go clear.

Apc can’t deceive Nigeria for the third time.. Nigerians are wiser.

He's a Nigerian, he said what he has right to say. If you feel aggrieved, you know your way to court. I saw him speaking yesterday on Channel TV on FEC approval of some projects, were you aware of that? Governance and politics are twin brothers, you can't separate the two.

What will Happen to APC will shock you people very soon. Crossing to APC is like someone who wants to overtake I'm highway, you have to stay behind a car to look well. APC is the empty vessel here

And Pdp is doing absolutely nothing bt waiting for Apc to fail further so they automatically just win without lifting a finger? Even democrats had to strategize to win trump despite his staggering failures toward the end of his 1st tenure.

No strategy no win. U can depend on the failure of ur opposition alone and expect to win. What is Pdp’s strategy to win? Nothing undecided

Apc strategy is to deplete Pdp and make them look week so the competition is slim or looks slim enough for them to rig.

Or Pdp is waiting for Buhari and tinubu to break up Apc bt what if they work that difference out? grin waiting Pdp. Smh undecided Pdp even have their own break up issues with Atiku and wike and other power brokers who have their individual plans. undecided

Boda Ode! Eku Oro enu..

BTW, Femi's analysis is an alloy of truths, half-truths and fallacies.

Truth is APC won the polls fair and square in 2015. But the period between then and 2019 saw many of their sympathizers disappointed and dismayed, no thanks to the poor success-management skills of Femi's boss and his handlers by extension. Another truth as admitted by Femi is that we have under his boss, a very terrible security situation.

Half-truth is the anti corruption talk.
In 2015 when Buhari came on board, the general feelers was "if you do corruption, it's gonna be a rough season.."; many Nigerians and their foreign collaborators activated the panic mode, started clearing their tables and taking the corruption 'Emergency Exit Door (EED)'... But while they were at it, BOOM! The burst of Grasscuttergate scandal exploded... And those heading for the EED saw a window of 'wait let's see how the sheriff handles this'... The manner in which Buhari handled that case did not only douse the tension in the hearts of the already guilty corrupt guys and making them return to the table; it also emboldened the potentially corrupt to blossom into full business! This is the sad tale of Buhari's anti corruption crusade. Today, all you needed to be, was close to the President by any proxy, and you're good to dine on the corruption table! Umahi of Ebonyi knew the easiest way to get approval for Hus University (an apparent retirement plan) was to join APC! The same pattern is reflective in most of the decampees.

And to that truth about a very terrible security situation, is the half-truth that the Buhari administration is "confronting them frontally"!

Fallacy is when Femi insinuated that " The people will always decide"! Haba! Boda Femi, eosi beru Oloun! The people who didn't decide in 2019 but were brutally raped and subdued, the people who the gang of criminals under different nomenclature continued to annihilate and decimate wantonly? With the attendant loss of popular support and patronage of Nigerians, who are the "people" Femi referred to as the decider of 2023?

Of course, I don't sympathize with PDP, but if according to Femi, they are screaming "Democracy is under attack" today, is Femi so selectively demented to choose to forget that APC cried same 'Wolf' when they were in the opposition?!

Definitely, a one-Party state is not good for a country like Nigeria, but just as PDP's dream to perpetuate herself in power for a minimum of 60 years suffered an abortion, so will APC's ambition to remain in power beyond 2023! How do I know, because this is Nigeria where history, bad history repeats itself un-helped!
Re: Defections: PDP May Become An Empty Shell Before 2023 Elections – Femi Adesina by Minjim: 8:26am On Jul 09, 2021
Adesina should shut up!

A strong opposition is good for the country's democracy. Whether PDP can play that role effectively is however an issue .
