This is a tough one. The only better phone that's closer to what you want is Redmi 9t currently selling at Jumia 72k-73k. If not you can try fairly used phones from Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo or Huawei

best you can get is Camon 16 4gb 128gb 5000mah but you'll have to add like 5k I think.
