Please how can one edit the name on the NASIMs portal, I did the reg for someone, so after the BVN update, she went ahead and did change of name and update her BVN details, and now the Npower/NASIMS portal still carry the surname of the 1st bvn details she did b4 she went for the update, so how can we rectify or change it back to the recent one.

Try to edit it on the NASIMS portal to reflect the current BVN name, if it is not editable contact NASIMS self service immediately
