Since inception,men have been the ones leading the country and it is clear they have failed,hence it is normal for the blame to be appropriated to them. Assuming the relevant/top leadership positions rotated between men and women,only then can both genders be blamed for the failure of the country.
Women should take over let's see if they'll do anything different.
