• Meticulous attention to detail
• Numerical skills
• Problem solving skills
• IT skills – MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
• Understanding of labour laws
• Knowledge of HR functions
Candidate must be a graduate and member of CIPM will be an added advantage
