There is nothing in the Nigerian constitution that suggests rotational presidency.

If anyone has a different opinion, he/she should provide evidence.

It was a PDP concept which even they have abandoned by always providing Atiku as their candidate.
When GeJ was on seat, rotational Presidency was in the constitution but it is unconstitutional because north is on seat. Well done!

You're just a rampaging loqaucious charlatan!
Jonathan was already the president by default and has a constitutional right to finish his terms! Jonathan has already said he will hand over to the North after doing his term. .., in fairness to the country's diversity. As far as I'm concerned that was fair enough since the north doesn't even deserve that, after all those misrule in the 70s and 80s and 90s! And you are here talking about it being unconstitutional while busy arguing for extended northern presidency! Is that one constitutional too?

Rotational presidency is a gentleman's agreement across political and ethnic devides in Nigeria. Those of you from the North and the South West who have always argeued in favor of it when it suits you and against it when it won't benefit you are only being treacherous as usual! But like I told you earlier, the chickens will come home to roost post 2023. You will vomit the presidency whether you like it or not the same way Abacha vomited his with his last breath... Or you will loose everything you have gained these years through evil governance..
in order to hide your stupidiity you had to start blowing grammar and raining insult to sound intelligent.
Your unwise in the end.

PDP has been telling the world about their intentions to have a northern presidential candidate come 2023, yet Ohanaeze that has been the party's lackey for over 20 years can't channel their strength in that direction of opposition. Once it involves the APC, you see them barring their fangs like some slithering creature.

Smh.

Wether you believe in it or not. , events from 2023 will surely force you to vomit the presidency! All these sma sma na initial gra gra. Nobody is begging you to hand over. You will do so by yourself to survive the heat that will follow... Abacha insisted on retaining power in the 90s, the same way you guys are doing today. In the end, it was your elites that conspired to eliminate him so you can hand over to Obasanjo and save yourselves... Power and presidency is not your birthright! Going forward, that presidency will be so hot in your hands post 2023 that you will beg to surrender that to get some air..

Word! Your response is very apt. Dunno why the north so much like to shift the goal post..

because Jonathan only begged to complete yaraduas tenure. Then he went on to rule for extra 4 years and still wanted another 4 again. That's greed.
Sharrap.. How can a VP beg to complete their tenure? The power automatically falls on the VP once the president is incapacitated

Rather than provide evidence to make a point on the issue at hand, some group of elders who are supposed to be representatives of a larger group result to joke.
This is how they will be looking around for who say what till presidency will sleep of their hands in 2023.
Have you noticed that no one from that region has shown interest? Yet they want presidency.
They now ride behind the Yorubas under the umbrella of power must go to the South.

Just let him know he is just a boy ..

So they mean presidency is for the North
Wow, with all 6 geopolitical zones??

These men ( North ) actually want to set Nigeria on fire.

If you want presidency to remain in the North allow Oduduwa people to go, allow Biafra to go and anyother region who wants to leave , but as long as they are all Nigeria for now omoh na rationing things oo.

We are not talking about vice president position now

I am not surprised by your comment...you are obviously someone who stands for nothing. When it suits you ..you will insist the VP is relevant in his position..SMH

I am even praying the north should do their flexing power and shenanigans to retain the power after 2023, It will be a win win for the south, because it won't reach 3 months before the country will break.

All the useless & traitor politicians will have in the souths will just secretly gave a go-ahead to the separatist, infact it will hurt this time around, there will be no going back

You will see the evidence come 2023. North cannot retain power. The South are prepared and ready for them.

South East shouldn’t be part of rotational Presidency for now

No one is saying it shouldn't come to the south.

Just that it isn't constitutional.
