Job Title: Loan Manager

Industry: Financial Institute

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the assessment of the creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients.
2. Adhere to credit policy and conduct in-depth risk analysis using risk assessment framework.
3. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions on new, renewal and existing loans.
4. Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.
5. Ensure that all credit files are complete, identify any documentation deficiencies, and report to senior management as required for timely resolution.
6. Evaluate and recommend policy changes based on compliance or loan reviews.

Job Requirements:
a. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Microfinance or Commercial Bank.
b. BSC/HND

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 + Commission + Other incentives
