To me, the only problem the whole world is facing now is "how to deal with stup!d people.

And the biggest problem is that stup!d people don't want to be stup!d alone. To them everyone must behave like them else "we will collapse the whole world".
(Maybe they don't know they are behaving that way).

Example: if you are working with a stup!d person, you must gossip when he/she wants to gossip else you will be in trouble. "They stop at nothing" either to blackmail you or mock you or laugh at you e.t.c until you join them else you won't have peace.

Well, let's focus on how to avoid this "toxic people"
1. Stop making eye contact with them, this must be permanent.
2. only answer them when they have something reasonable to say.
3. decide that until they have injured you before you fight back at them. Else everything they do remains "USELESS"
4. finally, make sure you hold them accountable for everything they do against you.
