Yes it does.

Every president once in a while will want to show his/her humble and down to earth. That the Dutch president decided to ride a bike does not mean he doesn't ride in motorcade/convoy.

Fortunately or unfortunately it is what comes with the paraphernalia of the office he occupies other than how many Nobel prize he has won. If it were to be the latter, the likes of Achebe, Soyinka and co would have been the ones carrying the longest motorcade in. However, life isn't design that way.

Every human being is special in his or her own way. Special is relative and dependent on who is viewing, who is being viewed and through which lens. No other person is the President Federal Republic of Nigeria than at the moment except President Mohammad Buhari. That alone in itself is special.
