Special Counsel to IPOB (Alloy Ejimako) has made clear that Nigeria has lost jurisdiction to try the IPOB leader because of his extra-ordinary rendition back to Nigeria which he describes as a state crime.

Cownu last tweet was on 28th of June when you claimed he was been kidnapped on the 19th of June. Does that mean despite given a severe torturing he still had an access to his phone to tweet the horrible tweets on 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 27th and 28th of June respectively?

Why I asked this sensible question is because, no one is given him a severe torturing in Nigeria where he's expected to even have more access to his phone but since his arrest broke out on the 29th, he hasn't tweet anything.

This seems to be like these criminals called Igbos are chasing clout.

It has always been like that. When a lawyer is trained abroad, his submissions are somewhat confusing to people who trained in Nigeria law school.

some one that takes up arm against a seating government, asking his tribe to kill all the police and army in the region is what? Asking for independence is not a crime but carrying arms and inciting violence is treason. Get it and stop thinking others don't know the law.

So that means donald trump is a terrorist ?
Cause caption hill invasion was blamed on him ?

UAE government collaborated with American government of which your zoo government was aware before he was brought to America but in Nnamdi Kanu's case your zoo government kidnapped and blindfolded him. Imagine that kind of arrest and Kenyan government have washed their hands off the case saying they weren't aware or collaborated with Nigerian government. In hushpuppy's case did you see UAE government deny collaborating with American government?

Even your zoo government is running away from the case but anywhere they run to international law will catch up with them
They are even trying to buy time cus dey already know they have no case. Imagine bubu approving vacation for judges on the same 26th...lol.

He has renounced Nigeria online.
Secondly, he does not have a valid Nigerian passport to reinforce his Nigerianness.
But he does have a valid UK passport, and i am sure that in his recent correspondence with the UK authorities, since he was abducted, he must have made it clear he is British and seeks their assistance. You don't get any more official than that.

Otherwise prove to us he is still Nigerian, e.g a valid Nigerian passport owned by Kanu

How many Nigerians possess the Nigerian Passport? Does that make them less Nigerian?

ESN was set up in 2020, but Kanu was charged to court in 2016, so why was he charged to court?
Also ESN only goes after Fulani terrorists whom they rightly kill for killing innocent easterners. That is self defence.
That Kanu admires UGM does not make him their commander, so that is not a crime
Thanks bro

Under the new evidence act, evidence gotten through illegal means can now be endured in court as long as the evidence is relevant.

Hence Nnamdi Kanu been back whether illegally or legally doesn't matter as long as he is back.

The Supreme Court said in cases where personal liberty and National Security clashes, National Security takes the lead in cases of National Security, your personal right as a person doesn't matter.

you're very cerebral.i've read same thing you posted from a seasoned constitutional lawyer-Barrister Kenneth Ikonne(S.A.N)who said that so long as kanu is available in the court, the judge won't care how he got there but would rather begin his trial

NK has renounced Nigerian citizenship over and over in the past

You can't go overseas kidnap a foreigner and bring him to Nigeria. That's state sponsored terrorism and international law doesn't all that
most of you claim to know sth but shishi, you don't know.So for your gullible mind, renouncing one's citizenship can be done just by saying it out without due procedure?

The day these people realised that legal procedures varies with velocity of case involved, the day they will realise that Kanu will be tried in Nigeria and nothing will happen.
don't blame the lawyer,he knows the real truth but he's just playing safe to a avoid a backlash from the gullible ipob terrorists hence,he says what the ipobians want to hear

So from the accounts of this, Malami did not lie.

And he was arrested by the NIA and sister agencies from Kenya.

As for the claims of extraordinary rendition, the lawyer needs to read the new evidence act and then read the supreme court judgenent of personal rights and national security.
Haha,
I told you we will see about all the bullshits you have been saying about Kanu’s Case

At times eh they way lawyers come with defense always make me wonder where and how they got this from. Someone was decaled wanted for jumping bail and was later cought after over a year now a lawyer is telling the general public how Nigeria Government has not right or jurisdiction or what have you. All the police that were killed in the southeast as well as civilian and properties destroyed in the course he started will surely be brought before him as charges. If anyone think Buhari will direct the law enforcement agency to release Kanu such person should better wake up from dream.
Re: Nnamdi Kanu: There Is Not Going To Be Any Trial - Alloy Ejimako by kovic7(m): 1:11pm On Jul 18, 2021
Kanu is a dead meat. The day he jumped bail was the day all his rights died. Getting caught like a rat and brought back to Nigeria all but sealed his case.

He'll be tried in Nigeria and nothing will happen. Nigeria is a sovereign State, to hell with international laws.

You don't denounce your citizenship by stupid online rants. As @Mynd44 said, the president has to approve it too.

He should do away with this charge and bail lawyer jor.

What sense have you made? Or you just want to tell us that you know about the case of Snowden?

Why hasn’t the government that wants to try Edward Snowden abducted him from wherever he is and bring him home for trial? If they do that, they attract global uproar and condemnation. A government can’t abduct an accused in another country and bring the accused home for trial. Develop more sense.
your question is too asinine?why was kanu not"abducted"when he was still staying in the UK? don't you know that there are countries that protects you more than others?like@, Mynd44 has said, let Snowden leave the comfort of Russia and travel for a two day seminar in any African country and see if his case won't be like that of kanu

When you people claim kanu was being kidnapped and claim Nigeria broke international law in 'kidnapping' him you seems to forget that KANU was a wanted fugitive who had a mission of distabilizing and disintegrating a sovereign nation and whose utterances and activities was capable of causing civil war in the country.

In the light of the above statement, even if kanu's ancestors were British and he was born a British and never stepped foot on Nigerian soil, as far as his activities were distabilizing Nigeria and he was a big threat to Nigeria's existence, Nigeria has every right to arrest him by any means and bring him to the country to face trial.

Nigeria owes no body any explanation as to how a terrorist bent on disintegrating the country was arrested.

Even UK has no moral right to question Nigeria considering the fact that it offended Nigeria in the first place, by harbouring a fugitive and allow him to stay on its soil to engage in activities that threaten Nigeria's sovereignty.
