Hope he doesn't disappear forever. Getting imprisoned by Asians or arabs is one of the worst things that can happen to a black man

For a country that takes in less than 50 asylum seekers annually, It won't be long before he reappears. Japan no be Europe.

The only juvenile thing he did is leaving that note.

It may come to bite him later when he want to regularize his stay. Better, to leave your options open, this way you can formulate the best story to tell immigration when filing your papers.

At this stage, if 9ja was an individual, with the kind of problem it is facing, if he travel to Japan, e no go come back, talk less of Kenya….make una leave matter for Matthias I beg.

One day Africa will be like the lost city of Atlantis or the the forgotten Mayan tribes. Then Tour guides will be pointing to one place in West Africa "there use to live some set of people who enjoys suffering than enjoyment" grin grin

No so smart. Japan is not as multicultural as the UK, USA or France. I believe the black community in Japan is quite small. He'd be found out deported and probably lose his chance to ever compete again. Why doesn't he just try to win and get elevated to international superstardom? Africa/black race might never get the respect the world.

Japan is a very homogeneous country. He is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

He won't stick out at all. There are so many Nigerians, which I know, living in Japan and married to Japanese women to the extent that they have very big Associations and clubs. They have blacks in thousands in Japan.

His only problem would be identifying with the same name which he registered with at the Olympic, anywhere, because they have a working system where they are gonna put him on wanted list, and once he identifies with the name he bears at the Olympic venue, he go they read "wanted"

You don't need to say it twice. I will run off. If anything brings me back my family will deal with me.
At least you should know what it means to be in this country without job coupled with the high food prices

Nobody will question your choices , I would've done the same
Africa is way behind + a lot of suffering here and there

And how is it a clever idea to think you can simply go on living and get a job without papers?

You'd be a fugitive chased by the law every day of your life. And they'll eventually get you, jail you, deport you without anything, and ban you for life.
