You're right but Pere's two strategy worked out well for him.

His first version of being a villain made him usurp Maria as the season's villain and brought the fans that didn't want Whitemoney to win easily to his camp.


His second version then won him love from his HMs that once disliked him and even some viewers that couldn't stand him.


All in all, he played a very good game going from a lightweight to a top 3 finalist.
