This isn't hard at all. Go to bureau d change with 55k and you get 100$. Moreover it isn't necessary

Hope you know it's costs at least $10 or 2% to withdraw from Payoneer? So best to withdraw minimum $500.
You can alsi sell to trusted exhangers on the e-currency thread for about 485/$.
But only do that with a TRUSTED and reputable dealer.
