Just one question. How come when decree 34 was enacted, the 4 Regions of the time remained. But when a Northerner called Gowon came in, all 4 Regions disappeared and 12 states came? Why is it that during decree 34, we had only 4 Regions, but today, long after decree 34 was scrapped, we have 36 states?

The soverignity of Nigeria dictates nobody can hold the country ransom, the law of the land is the Constitution and if it does not recognize secession then what are we talking about here?
