Kudos to him for completing a project that has gone far under Amaechi.


Remembering that Government is a continuum, it is laudable to complete development projects started by predecessors. However, it is immoral not to acknowledge this or give honour to whom it is due. For instance, you cannot claim to have built a house when you only painted an existing one as we saw in the case of the Mother and Child Hospital in Port Harcourt. That is fraud in simple terms...Dakuku Peterside.

Rivers state has always been a blessed state. Any governor that comes to power will always try to compete with his predecessor on development. That's how states should be .
Amaechi would have been unrivaled if not with the distraction of his second tenure. All Amaechi projects were those he started in his first tenure.

Amaechi remains unrivalled. Wike knows he has not started. Even the Cassava factory was 70 percent done by Amaechi.
