So far his first and secondary certificates are questionable, every other thing he achieved through that path is null and void.

More than 93 percent of those that succeed in the US pulled out from school. They couldn't even wait to get certificates.
u may be true sir,
But he did not said certificate,he rather said Education.
U can be educated and not certified,that does not change the fact that u are educated.
We priotise Certificate than education in Nigeria and that's why most graduates are not productive.
If Mr, president say this( though he may think another thing),I think that means an average Nigerian parent we want their children educated.
Because being educated does not mean u can't do a petty job or become an entrepreneur,the education no matter how little it is will spur the business or handwork.
My opinion though.

He didn't need any qualification to join the Nigerian army back then. The Nigerian army sent him on all the above mentioned. Assignments!! Stop reasoning through your anus!!!
