FBI is concerned about the fact Kyari is a high rated cop who knew about a scam and he decided to let it continue rather than stop it. He went ahead to collect bribe then went against the protocol. Secondly, there were other previous transactions and payments between Hush and Kyari as shown by some receipts they found...... The total payments amounted to the 8M.

But Chibuzor is a fraudster na and it's very possible that Hosh must have released some implicating evidence/s against Chibuzor that made Abba feel fulfilled to go after him.

Don't forget that Chibuzor's beef with Hosh is because he felt that Hosh wasn't paying him enough, not because he was trying to prevent a fraud from taking place in the first place.

It's more like a case of thieves fighting over how to share their spoils.

He arrested Chibuzo so that Hushpuppi can successfully pull the scam without interference from Chibuzo. Do you now understand how he is part of the scam?

This goes to confirm that many in jail in Nigeria are innocent and many walking the street free are super guilty. Do not condemn that fellow who Nigerian police has arrested and treated like a criminal because he may be innocent.


Criminal Abba arrested chibuzor just because his pal in crime asked him to. Many are in such situations now. Wonder why people spend years in custody without going to court for once? This is one of such cases. All you need to do is to get money anyhow, make friends with police, point finger on a rival and it's over for the individual.

As far as Abba is concerned, he got a tip off about a fraudster and he acted subsequently.

Abba has no power to arrest Hoshpoppi in a foreign land.

Okay, let point out what Abbah kyari did wrong, He locked up chibuzor up knowing fully well that hushpuppi is trying to scam someone off and ended collecting 8m naira from him... Illegal arrest, conspiracy to aid Scam, bribery and corruption. The main case here which the FBI is interested in is that he was aware of the illegal deal ND aided hushpuppi to commit it by arresting chibuzor..

Second to further prove he is involve with hushpuppi,he travelled to Dubai on all expense paid Trip which hushpuppi sponsored for him..... For all this according to USA criminal convict, he is going in for atleast half of hushpuppi sentence.
