Reno Omokri has stated the Buhari-led government is protecting Super Cop Abba Kyari from facing his indictment in Hushpuppi's fraud case in America but failed to do same for Air Peace Boss, Allen Onyeama, when Onyeama was accused of money laundering in America, IgbereTV reports.

Reno shared an old tweet of President Buhari’s spokeswoman, Lauretta Onochie, asking Allen Onyeama, the MD of Air Peace to “Return to America and face his accusers!”, when Onyeama was accused of money laundering.

Reno wrote;

Kanu was not legally extradited to Nigeria because he did not leave Nigeria legally. It was a case of two illegalities cancelling each other out.

Igboho is still in Benin Republic and we don’t know for sure how his case will be decided.

I have shared my position on several threads already. He’s a crooked police officer and should be dismissed after internal investigation has been completed. However, he should never be extradited. Doing so will compromise Nigeria’s national security and interest.

It wasn’t as if Onyema was not guilty when his case happened. However, to hand over a businessman that is investing heavily in the aviation sector to the US government was not in the overall interest of Nigeria and so we did not hand him over. Same applies to Abba Kyari. He knows too much to be thrown under the bus.

If he breach his bail conditions, he could have been summoned and arrested not raiding his house illegally.
If he has a good lawyer, he'll win that aspect of the case.

1. Well, if he's not guilty according to him (kyari) why not go to USA and clear his name then come back

2. Allen was guilty nah why he feared to go to US.

3. By the way, there was a case of someone that was in Switzaland, FBI went for his extradition.
If FBI wants him Kyari there is nothing Nigeria can do.

4. This is not the first time Nigeria has been sending citizens of Nigeria to US

5. Kyari is not contributing anything, he's only doing his job as a security officer unlike Allen
