If anyone is still in doubt that some forces are out to destroy Igboland for no genuine reason then the show of shame that just happened in Imo State reinforces it with alarming prove.

Punch newspaper just reported that a hotel, a duplex and 15 Shops were burnt down by the military in Orlu, Imo State!

Is this not state sponsored terrorism targeted at a particular section of the country? Otherwise, what would warrant such massive destruction of properties in Igboland? Burning a hotel, 15 Shops and a duplex by a nation's military!!! What is the difference between Boko Haram and bandits with what these rogues just committed in Imo State?? We heard few days ago that a market was also locked down by the same military in the same Orlu!!!

If you're a normal human being who is rational thinking, regardless of your ethnicity or religion, please does your conscience tell you that this is not evil??

We have heard of terrible attrocities being committed against the Nigerian state in the North, such as the shooting down of military jets and armoured cars among others that cost millions of dollars. Also, the military and police over there are being killed by these same Boko Haram and bandits but not for once have we heard of military destroying private properties of residence.

I repeat again, is this not state sponsored terrorism targeting a section of the country?? Are we all going to keep quiet while some irresponsible people uses state resources to committe attrocities??

Will Ohanaeze also keep mum over this madness?

Will Imo State government also keep quiet?

Will SE and indeed Southern governors also keep quiet?

This is time for all to rise and condemn this state sanctioned terrorism against defenseless citizens. These crimes against humanity should be recorded and transmitted to the US government, UN and other bodies so they know that selling weapons to this rogue government is like selling weapons to Isil, they will end up misusing it and causing terrible harm.

This show of shame in Imo State should never be allowed to end like that without consequences.

Things are really get out of hands. Every sensible person should voice out against these terrorists in uniform. Don't keep mum because its not directly against you. It might be another person's turn if we don't bring those responsible to book. These guys are easily getting away with crimes against innocent people in the east.
