How my virginal stopped smelling and inching me without me taking drugs .

I use to experience fowl smell in my virginal which really reduced my confidence and self esteem, not until I started taking these steps my friend told me about

1. I Do not manage my pad during mensuration like most girls do. Change your pad at least 3 times in 24 hours . With or without blood stain in it . This happened to be the number one cause of virginal smell .


2. After my mensural cycle I do the hot water sit up . I boil water to a certain degree (80 degree Celsius) I pour it in a bucket and sit on it for about 10 minutes . I do this every evening for 3 days straight



3. I ensure I don’t use the same pant I use for my mensuration for the remaining days of my cycle , moreover I soak my pants in hot water for 15 minutes after every mensural day



4. I avoided touch my virginal . Our hands are most times contaminated from our environment, and objects around.


5. When bathing I don’t use any soap on my virginal , just ordinary water to wash up . With these 5 times you can maintain a healthy virginal smell without any drug .
