Very untrue. It was adjourned indefinitely with a date to be communicated to both parties.

It doesn't matter when they will reconvene.chief wole and his son deliberately sabotaged the appeal to favour apc.I thought an awka appeal court ruled in their favour?

A notice of appeal was filed, one at an earlier date & the other at a later date. what happened?. why the mix up, were they filed at the same court or different courts?

They were withdrawn, perhaps to make some amendments then re-submit. That was where the error came to play perhaps.

Appeal Court didn't rule in favour of Soludo. Okeke withdrew his Stay, allowing the substantive suit. The case was adjourned to next month.

Olanipekun, Ali, Fagbemi....these are big lawyers that mostly handle APC cases

Ikpeazu, Mozia, Uche...big ones who handle PDP grin

So, how can APGA combine both enemies? grin

I don't get the Igbos, all the solid candidate in Anambra election are been of in d process of been pushed out. It means there is no grass root politics in there land. Is this how they want to become president.
