The HP 840 G1 with the core i7 processor would be the best amongst the lots because it uses an Intel HD 4400 integrated graphics coupled with the core i7 processor and has an HD+ resolution. If you'd be going for serious video editing, it'd be advisable to make your budget 120k so as to make the RAM 8gb since this laptop comes with 500gb HDD/4gb RAM.

The Chromebooks would also have been a good choice since it uses APU processing and has an Intel uHD 620 graphics but the onboard RAM of 4gb won't be enough since it can't be upgraded which may likely make rendering & exporting slow but if you won't be going into serious video editing, you can also go for any of the Chromebooks as there is an online video editing software known as WeVideo meant for Chromebooks, Sir.
