The International Criminal Court, ICC, Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has confirmed he had requested an arrest warrant for the embattled Libyan leader, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, his son Saif and brother-in-law for crimes against humanity

At an ICC press conference, at The Hague , Netherlands, Luis Moreno-Ocampo said, the evidence shows Muammar Gaddafi personally ordered attacks on unarmed civilians.

Ochampo said Gaddafi attacked civilians in their homes, used heavy weaponry on funeral processions, placed snipers to kill those leaving mosques.

According to Ocampo, “Gaddafi’s second-eldest son, Said el-Islam, is a de facto prime minister. And Abdullah Senussi is his right hand man, executioner.

“The office has asked for arrest warrants against Muammar Gaddafi, Saif el-Islam and Abdullah Senussi.

”The office was able to gather direct evidence about orders issued by Muammar Gaddafi himself.

“ We will now continue to investigate allegations of rape, killing of sub-Saharan Africans considered as mercenaries, and war crimes.”

UN, WC, ICC, IMF and World Bank are tools of neo-colonialism. Unfortunately, Africans are politically dumb, deaf and blind to perceive the main purpose of such institutions.
