Even when I was doing my NYSC in Bayelsa, some years ago, there was this community, after Nedugo, at Ogbia, the place our corpers' lodge was located, had at least, 23 hours free light everyday.

When the oil company met those two communities and asked: what do you want? Constant free light or money, Nedugo chose money while that community chose light.

The one I explained above is Bayelsa, but mine is a different state called Rivers of hope and greatness, but under The Niger Delta Republic as well.
