Arsenal should spend nothing less than £250million before the transfer window closes if they really want to compete with Leicester, Tottenham, Aston villa and Everton.
But before that, they should sack this mikel arteta. He's the most average manager I've ever seen! Lampard did a lot better with the average Chelsea players he got in his first season. Ogs is even better than both sef.
I don't see assnal making top 8 with the manager tbh.

Like seriously, Arsenal is not playing like contenders. The technicality is faulty. Chelsea is no much different, but with a more tactical coach, they were able to produce result that propelled the owners to bank roll the request of the coach. Arsenal also spend, but the technicality is poor and it is affecting the psyche of the players. It is the fault of the board, owner and the technical crew.

Chelsea is no more different in terms of what?

You should be mentioning the likes of Everton and not Chelsea in same sentence with Arsenal..
