Atleast these ones are still alive.
I wonder why you arrest someone in south then transport them to the North where you treat them like criminals.

Whereas I haven't heard of any Northerner or Boko haram members arrested In the north and detained in the south.
You demons will continue to show your bigotry and idiotic behavior towards southerners

After adjourning the case for 70 years, The unlearned judge will struck it out. Even if he finds the Nigerian military guilty, they won't pay for the damages

Nigeria is a stupid country remember
Oga, they should still go to court. Under fundamental human rights, I think the cases have a cap of 3 months.
They should get good lawyers and make a class action case against the army, the COAS etc.
102 billion ie 1 billion per victim, plus 2 billion each for the deseased.
By the time the army has to pay such judgment, they will be cautious in infringing on people's rights.
Dont tell me army will not pay. All account home and abroad where Nigeria army has accounts will be garnisheed. Eg last week Nigeria customs accounts in several banks were garnisheed on orders of the court to pay a company 5.7 billion for illegally seizing their rice at tinapa free trade zones.
When such things happen, take it as God's blessing to cash out.

Nigeria Army must be taken to a competent court of law, there is a case against them. Since they are released that means they are innocent of the case against them so the Nigeria Army must be able to explain why detaining innocent people for this long when they were not guilty of any charges or case. You can't just punish someone without that that person is guilty of a crime.

No be small thing oh!, come to think of it, so we have something like the Nigerian Army " Alpha" Commando base in Niger state, and the state is virtually overrun by bandits? One can hardly ply that Suleja- Kaduna road without fear of being kidnapped! Abi na shiroro wey de bandits the operate with reckless abandon? The Army had better activate the " Alpha" mode and rescue the state from brigandage.

You locked up innocent people for committing no crime for 9 Good months shocked

If the Nigerian army feel this people commited a crime, why didn't they hand them over to the police for them to be charge to court?

This is a big crime against humanity... People need to pay for this madness, we are in a democracy, not an Empire(ruled by a King or Queen), autocratic or military regime.
It now appears we live in an emirate & we have an Emir in aso rock. The freedom they enjoyed while in opposition is now being trampled upon.

No electricity, you buy Generator. No security, you pay for vigilante services. No water, you dug bore hole. No job, you created one for yourself. BH kills your kinsmen and sack villages, yet you come here to support the same people that makes you go through these? Are you not the biggest fool that is?!

Over 100 people were abandoned by the military, and meant to go through worse conditions, and you think it is Ok? You not mentally deranged like this? This is why smaller countries treat your citizens like poo! You think they are not watching? So you are ready to sell your future cos of 30k? I spit on you! Walking abomination!!

Thank Azikiwe, Ekwueme, Okorocha and all Igbo politicians who played and are playing second fiddle to the Hausa-Fulani people. They were told, their actions can only lead to the enslavement of the children’s children.

In a dictatorship like this Buhari’s, the hands of Lawyers are tied.

But one thing, Buhari has attracted too many enemies against his Fulani. When he leaves office, wonder what Nigeria shall be like.

Wicked soldiers . How can you arrest innocent citizens from their homes and keep them for this long. Is this not wickedness. They have made this boys automatic enemy of soldiers and country. In America people show love to soldiers when they see them because they love them, here soldiers make people to hate them , people love navy More. Let soldiers and police start treating people with high love and care , you will see how people will love them so much and not wish them any harm
