I want to run a legit escrow website that will stand as a trusted third party platform for people rendering services online and people that want to hire someone from social media, nairaland or anywhere they meet themself but didn't want to be scammed online. Do I need any license from any organization? I don't have enough capital to register for CAC, can I register it when I start getting customers and truly sure that we Nigeria will use the platform? Pls your opinion is highly needed about this project. thanks.
