Your Prospects should do the talking, from their speech you can know the best way to come in and solve their problem...

From the speech of the Prospect, you know the main pain point and you can describe your product in such manner that fit in with their problem...

When they notice you aren't trying to sell to them, their selling resistance is reduce and you can easily sell to them when trying to close the sales...
