Criminal Petroleum Industry bill, why the fat, pot belly Agitators no threat of mayhem baffles me, dey re busy chasing NDDC contracts

Lol. The block heads among them continue with their: “our Naiggardelta no be part of your Igbo Biafra,” perhaps, until all their leaders relocate to Abuja due to environmental degradation in the Nigerdelta area.

PIB which refused passage all the years now got fraudulently doctored and passed - and quickly signed by President Buhari, the 21st Century Othman Danfodio of Arewa.

Already legalized fraudulent PIB because what is the essence of 30% derivations to northern communities where pipeline just passed while the degraded ND where the crudeoil is being extracted gets a paltry percentage?

So, host communities will stil have to accept the 2.5%..? Meanwhile the Northern region gets roughly 30%... Buhari na Cankerworm Bastard

But the arguement seems logical ..... The 3% I'd operating cost while the 30 comes from profit ..while operating cost is a must profit is not always assured and then they said, the 30 percent is to fast track the tracking and exploitation of a resources that is going away like coal hence the need to do it as fast as possible before it becomes

President Muhammadu Buhari has signed the Petroleum Industry Bill 2021 into law.

Working from home in five days quarantine as required by the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19 after returning from London on Friday August 13, the President assented to the Bill Monday August 16, in his determination to fulfill his constitutional duty.
Southern political leaders and politicians are just bunch of noise makers and total disgrace.
The ceremonial part of the new legislation will be done on Wednesday, after the days of mandatory isolation would have been fulfilled.

The Petroleum Industry Act provides legal, governance, regulatory and fiscal framework for the Nigerian petroleum industry, the development of host communities, and related matters.

The Senate had passed the Bill on July 15, 2021, while the House of Representatives did same on July 16, thus ending a long wait since early 2000s, and notching another high for the Buhari administration.

The Ijaws shot themselves on the foot.

This is a life time opportunity that they wasted and they can not get in the foreseeable future because of Jonathan lack of political experience, intelligence and boldness.

They throw away the SOUTHERN PRESIDENCY and allow an ethnic bigot to snatch power.

Now they want to die to become governors in coastal state like Delta state.

They are DAY DREAMING.

I happy that politicians in Delta state like Chief Ighoyota Amori told the Ijaws pomp and plain that the governorship is zone to Delta central as far as PDP is concerned and not zoned to Delta south where the ijaw are aspiring from.

SO GUYS LIKE JAMES MANAGER is wasting his time contesting.

When you have power you do not play games with it.

it is serious business.

FORGET THAT STUPID JONATHAN TALK THAT HIS HEAD IS NOT WORTH THE BLOOD OF ANYBODY IN NIGERIA.

Are they not the ones suffering the effect of NORTHERN RULERSHIP despite contributing so much to the federal treasury in Abuja FCT?

Cry they can not cry.

complain they can not complain.

Even if they complain from Cape town to Cairo NOBODY WILL LISTEN TO THEM.

JONATHAN WAS SO DOCILE THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE PRESIDENCY TILL IT LEFT HIS HANDS.

Anything that is in favour of the North, he will speedily sign into law and execute. Its now legal that 30% of NNPC profits will go to the North in the elusive context of frontier basins.

Our Niger Delta, our oil, our oil crooners, how far? Hope say na ipob say make them give host communities 3%. Same amount with Kogi and Kaduna that have no oil but just say pipeline pass through them, them go follow enjoy the 3% with you that have air and water pollution.

Sai Buhari till 2078
The National Assembly, which comprises of senators and HoR members from oild producing states made that law.
Buhari is just signing it into law exactly a month after, yet it is fast for you.
You have representatives in the National Assembly also, your kinsman was part of that decision

Buhari the only democratic president in the world that never mention the name of his political opponents and parties during election. He simply focused on his campaign agendas till he won in 2015 and 2019.

God will continue to protect you against your enemies most especially from the Sadeast.
