Between unilag and lasu....? Unilag is ok! I have lived in bariga and I know a lot about unilag... Unilag is a federal school, cheap in terms of school fees. Making friends both in and outside campus is ok.. u will meet lot of ur type there... Accomodations, you can get a cheap house around bariga, a room at 5k a month. Bariga is some how rough both not all the area. From ilaje to pako to chemist.. they are cool place and dominated by students. To transport ur self from bariga to unilag is #100. And it's trek able when you are down financially. Getting house around akoka and yaba is cost but the environment is ok.
Lasu is a state school... Very costly and rugged environment... I have lot of friends that graduated there... Ojo area is cheap but criminals stays there and occultic boys... There kidnappers are many... With this little information, I believe it will help to some extent.

Hello guys..so, I would be going for a change of institution on my jamb portal soon(in a matter of hours),but I find it hard to choose between UNILAG and LASU...I just need advice on which to go for. The following need to be put into consideration...

1) Environment- this is the most important of all because I plan on Living outside the school premises, so I don't want a place littered with criminals and crime..

2) socialisation- I'm not a social person at all. in fact, I am a cold blooded introvert. So I want a place where I can make good friends easily and also explore outside my comfort zone..

3) availability of affordable housing- i also need a place that offers affordable rent outside school premises.....


So, my fellow nairalanders, please help a brother out...
