The narrative now is to get a new Constitution for the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The conversation begins. THE CONSTITUTION: Chapter 1-General provisions. Supremacy of constitution.(2) The Federal Republic of Nigeria shall not be governed, nor shall any persons or group of persons take control of the Government of Nigeria or any part thereof, except in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution. Here, we expect them to categorically add that the military should not take control of government. |
