They are a very legitimate organization you can ever work for.

The best way to get reliable information is to visit the office and ask your questions.
Whatever anyone tells you here would be based on personal viewpoints which most times are influenced by encounters which may not be a characteristically defining feature of the organization.
The only thing I can tell you is that they are very well organized and gender biased.
Most things they do, if not all, are designed to favour the feminine gender.
I wouldn't say they are entirely feminists, but you know how such places can be, don't you.
So I suggest you go to their office and get first hand information from them.
