Nothing to worry about. It is a minor surgical procedure. They will use needle to drain it or insert what is called chest tube. In all, the goal is to drain it. You will be placed on a potent antibiotics.

bro please go to any big pharmacy in town and ask for pneumonia drugs. Its about 5k.
I was also diagnosed with segmental pneumonia over 3 years ago at a general hospital. I also have all this symptoms. I didn't do any surgery. only drugs were prescribed.
I had a relapse 6 months later and thankfully I still kept the carton for of the drugs, I just went back to the pharmacy and bought them again. I didn't feel it for over 3 years now
