What was the rush? Why did she submit before the POF was matured? The rule is minimum 28days. It's to hope and pray Or she can cancel her application and start afresh since she hasn't done Biometrics. Yes, she might loose her visa application fee and request for IHS refund. Khamon: The answer to that question is No. Nigerian graduates do not join the armed forces and obtain military training as part of NYSC, and that is what your highlighted box in that question refers to. Nigeria's NYSC is not such a program. 1 Like |

TheGuyFromHR: Thanks a lot @TheGuyFromHR. That’s the same thing an agent told me today. I don’t need a court order just her consent and attach the death certificate to it. But another issue came up today. We went to meet the first wife to collect the death certificate but refused to release it. � I ask the same agent what I could do now he advice that I go get a court affidavit explaining the issue and that should be sufficient enough gurus in the house? |

Djalexadr12: That matter tie wrapper. Naturally, I havent any experience of your specific situation, but I would advise this - Do all you can to obtain a copy of the death certificate. Where you cannot obtain one (including going to NPC to see if they can issue a duplicate), then you can do the affidavit wherein your mother states that she does not have a copy of the death certificate, and you provide other evidence of your father's death such as an obituary in a national paper. 2 Likes |
