Hello house,

If a prospective student has already CAS and has someone like sibling who he can live with in the UK, is it ideal to state to the school and during his visa application that he intend living with his sibling or should he simply play as if he’s going to use the school accommodation so far he already has POF to support it?

Your quick input will be highly appreciated.

My wife has an unconditional admission offer with university of law. Does the proof funds need to be in her account, as I already have the pof in my account and counting down to 28days. I am her sponsor.

You can't be her sponsor only her parent or legal guardian

Now that this has been established that Priority is temporarily unavailable.

What would be the best advice ? Especially if January is to be the course resumption date.
We all know the long wait time for standard + the uncertainty.
Do we wait for possibly "priority" to become available again or go ahead with standard and it's very long processing time right now.

Any suggestions.

You guys should learn to read the thread. It will help all of us. This has been address here countless of times. There is no way around it. All visa applications will be treated as standard.

i think standard may be faster now or at least normal range, since they paused issuing visitors visa.
perhaps they will have more hands for the students and others.
also they Paused priority service, Overtaking is no longer allowed.
My reasoning thought, don't quote me.

Well, their last date to issue a CAS is DEC 20, Deposit Payment Deadline is 15 DEC.
So, on a worst case scenario, We should be done with CAS DEC 20 on or B4.
