The beginning and end of PDP

This is nothing but an abuse of court process. How can the court sack a duly elected party chairman and even sack him again as a member of a political party he joined voluntarily in accordance with the 1999 constitution based simply on an exparte motion? This is more than ridiculous.

We are never going to get it right in this country if our politicians keep using the judiciary to destroy internal democracy of our politician party. I hope the appellate court will quickly trash this useless judgement.

I don’t give a fvck about Uche Secondus or whatever. My concern is how to protect our democracy from civilian despot like Wike who are using the judiciary recklessly to fight dirty party wars.

How did the Sharia Chief Judge get his current position? Was it not also through judicial recklessness which you applauded and defended on this forum? What about the illegal APC Chair?

I condemned the judicial and political rascality that was employed to remove Oshiomole and I would also condemn the judicial rascality that Wike is employing to remove Secondus.

PDP and APC are the two leading political parties in Nigeria. Either of them will form the next government at the Federal level and both are ruling so many states at the moment so we must all be concerned about happenings in the two parties. We must all learn to call out our political leaders when they are on a journey to destroying our hard earned democracy.

It is not about a political party but about our justice system, party politics and the survival of Nigeria’s democracy.

Secondus is grossly incompetent, Wike made a terrible mistake allowing him to become PDP Chairman but he should be removed in accordance with the law.

Uche Secondus as PDP chairman is a product of Gov. Wike's strangle hold on PDP. Recall, PDP had zoned the post to South and then SW. But Wike insisted it should be open to the whole South and in line with this imposed Secondus on PDP based on the strength of his financial support to the party. So if Uche Secondus failed then Wike failed too and he should therefore allow an agreement reached by critical party leaders on Secondus to run its full course.

Where will igbos start from again. Wike the magic man.

. Studying law in Nigeria's University is a waste of time, because Nigerian judge will frustate to the extent the extent that you will forgot what you studied in University. If truly you want to make heaven don't ever try to choose lawyer as a proffesion.
