1. The power failure may also be the reason why the water ring vacuum pump suddenly does not run. First check its power supply to see if it is powered off, eliminate the fault in time and restore the power supply.

2. The reason why the water ring vacuum pump suddenly does not run may be that the control protection switch of the vacuum pump trips. The main reason for the control protection switch tripping is that the vacuum pump is damaged during operation or due to overload of the vacuum pump motor. The treatment method for the sudden non rotation of the vacuum pump is to measure the insulation resistance of the vacuum pump motor first, and check whether the stator winding of the vacuum pump motor is damaged and whether other parts are damaged.

3. The broken core wire of the power supply cable of the water ring vacuum pump may also be the reason for the sudden non rotation of the vacuum pump. The treatment method for the sudden non rotation of the vacuum pump is to connect the broken core wire of the motor power supply cable and wrap it with insulating tape.
