This is a video of Christians allegedly killed in Plateau State. For those who don't understand Hausa, the narrator is saying that, "We, Christians, don't have anyone to speak for us. We are being killed and no one is speaking for us."

Angry youths took the corpses of Christians killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen to the government house so that the governor "should eat the meat".

The narrator said: " Lalong (The governor of Plateau state) said we are not being killed. Take the corpses to him so that he can eat them. Look at this small girl they also killed. What was her offence? What did she do? They imposed a curfew so that we would stay at home and then they gave safe passage to killers into our communities "

The governor is alleged to have said people aren't being killed in Plateau state and that the situation is not as bad as it is reported, and that normalcy is being restored.

There is currently a 6 p.m to 6a.m curfew in parts of Plateau state, but surprisingly, killers are able to find their way to Christian communities and slaughter them. This is the modus operandi that is used in Southern Kaduna. They impose a curfew and force people to stay at home, then give Fulani herdsmen access to the communities at night.

It's really heartbreaking. Tension is palpable in Plateau state.
