A leading medium sized company engaged primarily in Tracking & Telematics Technologies based in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to urgently fill in the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER. The successful candidate will be responsible mainly for Effective monitoring of client assets on servers, health checks and assist in emergency vehicle management operations, lead interface/customer Service for issue resolutions, reports, documentations, as well as may do hand-on technical installations and support, among others.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER is a junior role that will:
• be resident within Ikeja or not far from Ikeja environs,
• will report to the Technical Operations Manager,
• have at least an OND/HND in any technical discipline eg engineering, computer science, physical sciences or any other related disciplines
• with 1 year customer care or related experience.
• S/he will have self-drive, be positive results oriented, with ability to work under pressure
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Report Writing skills
