.... His problems may be beyond stealing and gambling..... Drugs and curses could be the main factors behind his actions.... He just can't control it.... I disagree with ur position. Have witnessed this while growing up and the guy came out from the prison to become an armed robber and a menace. If they can rehabilitate him then better allowing to go to prison should be a NO. He will only come out worst.
