I got the offer for my msc in 2013 too. Monthly allowance then was RM1200. But the govt reviewed downward to RM1000 from 2015.

The offer is available up to PhD too.

Stop saying what you don't know, there are ones that pay more than $1K . Erasmus Mundus pays €1K, PTDF pays more than £1K for Scholars in UK. Don't just say what you don't know.
