The girls are all married and 2 of them are multi-millionaires without their husbands money . They own businesses . If some parents failed in bringing up their girl children or some ladies decide to be wayward despite their parents effort , it is wrong to generalize .

They can be used for PCOS (a condition that causes irregular periods and othe things), to help control hormones and have regular periods
They can be used for acne too.
Some type devices can even be used for heavy periods
It's sensible women who decide to use contraceptives and plan pregnancies instead of aborting or using postinor every week.
