The United clearly stated that they disarm SOME take note of that ... There were some regions that were taken over before any disarmament could take place .. So as expected, they have had access to some weapons.

I can agree with most of those points. The US leaving its stuff behind just leaves do open for it to be sold off to enemies who have the capability to reverse engineer it. The US is no danger for taliban unless the go fight on their turf.
