Oga you don't know how to do business, Even the white man would tell you 'the customer is a king' someone brought a complaint over a refurbished phone you packaged as brand new and sold to him, of about 180k, haba a whole 180k this buhari season, instead of you to resolve the problem asap, like kill it from escalating, the Op was even very nice to have requested for a swap if i was the one its a refund asap cuz that's fraud. Instead of you to give a new one to correct your self, you had to let it escalate this far, you even went as far as telling him that he can't pull you down, you could imagine such arrogance with what you use to feed and pay rent. Now look at the calamity you have caused, on all phone sellers as well on this forum, cuz now am even afraid to buy a new phone from any dealer on this forum.
